Can I return my order?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products.
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your favourites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment using your preferred payment method, and we'll begin preparing your order.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Zambia.
How long does delivery take?
Lusaka: Typically 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12hrs are sent out the same day.
Other provinces: Usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
